Platinum – Monthly fee of $400 or Annually fee of $4400 (Save one month)

Unlimited Access via Phone/Text 8M-8PM daily
In home visits within 24-48 hours, fees may apply

Highly Reduced rates on all labs
Semiannual in Home Visits for wellness check ups

Unlimited Access via phone/Text from 8AM-8PM M-F In Home Visits within 48-72 hours, Fees may apply Reduced rates on all labs
